The Organization

The Commissioned Teacher Consulting is a service brand under Takhia the Teacher LLC. It provides education consulting, instructional systems strategy, and AI solutions strategy for schools, educators, coaches, and faith-based organizations.

TCTC sits at the intersection of proven classroom practice and forward-facing systems and technology. The work is rigorous, practical, and grounded in what actually happens inside schools and organizations.

The Founder

Takhia Gaither brings over 20 years of classroom experience in mathematics and computer science. She works as an instructional systems strategist and AI solutions strategist, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Education in Mathematics Education alongside an AI Consultant Certification.

Takhia also serves on the Board of Christian Education at Dominion Christian College, where she teaches. Her work bridges real classroom experience with district-level systems thinking and emerging technology.
